Each product is made to order, which means we start to work on your artwork after you place an order.

We are pleased to provide free shipping in India for art prints & framed wall art. If you get to the check out page and it indicates that your address is not deliverable, please email us so we can get you the best rate.

Please know that as a small business, shipping & handling is a significant cost to us. "Free shipping" means that we pay for shipping. Thank you for understanding :)

Since the artwork is made to order, it usually takes 7-10 days. It then depends on where you live, but give it a week for it to deliver. If it is still not delivered, we will work together to resolve the issue.

No, currently we only ship in India but will soon start international shipping.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns unless a product is damaged. In that case, please drop an email at hi@ishathigale.com with images of the damaged product & we can resolve the issue. Please carefully consider your purchase before ordering, so we can all help to reduce waste.

We do not have cash on delivery. We use razorpay which includes a wide variety of payment methods including UPI, credit card & debit card payments.
