Shipping

Shipping is free across PAN India. We do not offer international shipping yet.

Orders typically take 7-10 working days to be processed since they are made to order (does not apply to customized orders). Once dispatched, it will take 6-7 days to deliver the package depending on the delivery pin code.

Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and gazette holidays. Unforeseen circumstances which affect business operations or force businesses to close down for the day will be considered non-working days and impact delivery timelines.

On delivery day, our courier partner will attempt to contact you through a call or SMS to handover your package. Please note the courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your order. If the partner is unable to reach you the order will be returned to us.

Due to the nature of the product & since they are made to order, the artworks are non-refundable. Please take your time to decide before purchasing any artwork or placing any custom order.

If, in any case, you receive a damaged product, send an email to hi@ishathigale.com with photo(s) of the damaged item as soon as you receive it and we will resolve the issue. The colour of the artwork might slightly differ from what you see on the screen depending on the display of your screen. This is not considered as a damaged product.
